Cyndy is the coordinator of the Workplace Wellness program. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of California (Verify License Here) Cynthia provides holistic, community based services. Cynthia has decades of experience assisting individuals, couples, and families build on their strengths and develop skills that lower the stress and increase their happiness. Cyndy's specialties include assertiveness training, divorce, single parent, and organizational consulting.


Richard Williams, LMFT

Richard S. Williams is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (Verify License Here) and has been working with adults, children and families for the past twenty-five years. He continues to work in a private practice setting as a clinician, consultant and clinical supervisor. He has received extensive training in assessment and treatment of childhood disorders and parenting issues and enjoys working with both children and adults who suffer from adjustment and stress, communication issues, depression and grief, anxiety, marital/relationship difficulties and school behavior problems. Richard is exactly the clinician Workplace Wellness has been looking for!


Colleen Winters, LCSW

Colleen is a new clinician at Workplace Wellness. As a licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of California (Verify License Here), Colleen’s clinical emphasis is an integrative approach to healing and wellness. Colleen has had extensive experience working with catastrophic and life threatening illness, focusing on the issues of coping with loss and adapting to the emotional and physical changes that have occurred. Colleen’s specialty areas include Brief Solution-Oriented Counseling, Grief and Loss, Critical Stress Debriefing and Ethical Issues in Healthcare Delivery.

Rosemarie has been part of the team from the beginning. She is a great resource. Among other things, she can handle all of your clinical and workshop scheduling needs and is a wonder with the newsletter. Rosemarie does a great job keeping things running smoothly while Cynthia, Richard and Colleen are running around from workshop to workshop.
