Who We Are

Workplace Wellness is a full-service employee assistance program (EAP) that provides brief counseling and resource referral for covered employees, their spouses, registered domestic partners, and dependent children .The staff is comprised of licensed professionals that provide short-term services to assist people in self improvement, or in returning to their previous level of functioning after a crisis. We work from a research-based understanding that being happy at home means being happy at work, and being happy at the job means being happier at home! We provide workshops based on a variety of life, wellness, and financial topics, and provide staff training, and consultation. We design specific worksite training's at program request, and are available for critical incident stress management debriefings.

What We do

Workplace Wellness builds on the strengths and skills of employees, supervisors, and their families as they manage transitions and attain goals. We provide strictly confidential, strength based, services. We respond to the unexpected and the difficult, while allowing all parties to maintain their dignity and respect. Workplace Wellness offers individual couples, and family counseling for both personal and work-related issues. In addition to counseling services, Workplace Wellness takes special pride in our commitment to education, training, organizational consultation and critical incident stress management. We believe that educated, well-informed employees are the primary ingredients of a healthy, stable, and productive workforce. Our goal is to support and enhance the wellness of employees, whether at work or home, for the mutual benefit of both the individual and the employer
